Soon, Nokia is planning to release three new different Android devices, and all three of them are mid-range from what it seems until now. However, according to the rumors, the company is also working on some high-end handsets. The Nokia 9 is the flagship that should rival both Galaxy S8 and iPhone 8 in 2017. There are some leaks that suggest the Nokia 9 model will be better endowed than the Galaxy S8, and now we also have some images showing that its design might beat the Samsung one.
Nokia and Samsung
A tipster has sent schematics about the Nokia 9 and Nokia 8 to Nokia Power User, the website that has recently shared some rumors about the Nokia 9. They also included the supposedly specs sheet and the price for the phone.
If the images that were leaked were indeed accurate and not just some fan imaginations, Nokia 9 may surprise us with an all-screen design that goes from edge to edge. The home button, together with the fingerprint sensor, have been moved to the back, just under the dual lens camera. Moreover, the camera also offers a dual flash feature. Truth be told, the back design does look better than the camera and fingerprint setup found on the Galaxy S8 model.
What about Nokia 8?
Just as the name says it, Nokia 8 is going to be cheaper than the Nokia 9. According to the render, this device will include bigger bezels at the top and bottom than its bigger brother, but the home button will also be placed on the back. It also includes a dual lens camera, even though the design of the flash is different.
For now, we don’t know whether Nokia will still bring us other devices besides the Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3.
