One week has passed since the launch of OnePlus 5 and a second OTA update has been released for it. The smartphone has received the OxygenOS 4.5.1 update during the global unveiling day, but it seems that the company has already prepared and launched the OxygenOS 4.5.2 update.
The new update for the device has only 36MB and it is currently rolling out in India. The new update comes with many fixes and options, but, unfortunately, there are no new features.
The new OxygenOS 4.5.2 for the OnePlus 5 comes with some patches for a bug that was causing problems during the app installation process, but it also solves a system update failure. There are also some optimizations included in the new OTA update, such as changes for the camera, network stability, system stability, third-party app compatibility and Bluetooth stability.
We need to mention that OnePlus 5 comes with many additions for its software and the higher version OxygenOS made this possible. Some of the additions that the OnePlus 5 has received when compared to the previous smartphone are: Auto Night Mode, Reading Mode, Expanded Screenshots, Translucent App Drawer, App Priority, Off-Screen Gestures, Gaming DND Mode, Customizable Vibrations and Secure Box.
We think that the OnePlus 5 will be a really good addition to anyone who will purchase this device. The device has a decent price and it comes with some impressive specifications and an awesome dual-primary camera that will allow you to make those awesome pictures.
You will be able to purchase the OnePlus 5 device directly from the manufacturer’s website starting from today. The OnePlus 5 variant with 64GB internal storage and 6GB of RAM will cost €499, while for the variant with 128GB internal storage and 8GB you will need to pay €559.
What are your thoughts about the OnePlus 5? Will you order it today once it will be available on the OnePlus website?
